Emma

Emma and I met for the first time on her boudoir day. Even though we were basically strangers, I already knew she was a total badass. She messaged me before our session and told me I had permission to share her photos. I thought that was so incredible because she had not even seen her photos yet!! 

When Emma and I got to talking while she was glammed up with hair and makup, she shared with me that she struggles with anxiety and is challenging herself to try new things. For most people, hanging out in your underwear with a crazy gal and a camera certainly counts as trying something new;) 

I know you will look at these photos of Emma and think, “Of course she is willing to do this and share her photos! Look at her!!” And it is true, Emma is absolutely stunning. But, I have worked with a LOT of stunning girls that somehow cannot see how beautiful they are. When we are about to start shooting, I always try to get things going by asking what a gal likes most about herself and I can play that up in the photos. Usual answers include eyes, tush, tots, and so on. When I asked Emma, her response was EVERYTHING. Could you imagine liking EVERYTHING about yourself? Imagine if you did and how much that would change how others see you. Emma likes everything about herself and THAT is what makes her stunning.
